This retreat is an opportunity for you to step away from the stresses of everyday life to relax and renew. Come join us in Turks & Caicos May 2020 for four nights & five days of yoga, sun, ocean and wellness at our retreat. Justine will be offering a unique blend of yoga and relaxation, along with delicious meals, sunset champagne cruise, beach meditation walks, all while immersed in laid back island vibes. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with a new outlook on your health and your life
What to expect

Each morning your day will begin with a yoga class over looking the breathtaking waters of the Atlantic ocean, followed by a walking beach meditation & then a healthy breakfast. Our yoga classes will be held on the yoga deck pictured above (yes,this is paradise) or the beach.
Later in the morning, participate in our wellness workshop and island bike rides. During your free time you are welcome to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery by the ocean , the resort pool or perhaps spend the afternoon lounging in a hammock with a good book.
In the evening we will have two sunset yoga practices then we will enjoy a sunset champagne cruise as well as experience the local cuisine.

Accommodations will be provided in an a deluxe room located in at an oceanfront resort, Each room is double occupancy but if single room is preferred it can be arranged for an extra cost. Each room has AC, kitchenette (no cooking will be involved!), hair dryer, balcony & in room safes. The resort provides free wifi, lounge chairs, beach towels & umbrellas,complimentary watersports, including stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. 

Miles and miles of powdery sand — that’s what you’ll find on Grace Bay Beach. And you won’t need to go very deep to discover vivid marine life under the surface — the water is that clear! Meet Justine Chomski MacDonald 
 Ayurveda Practitioner , Nutritional Therapist and
 Yoga Teacher
Justine was first introduced to yoga over 13 years ago. Once she experienced her personal transformation, she knew she wanted to guide others on their yoga journey. As a yoga teacher she began to explore yoga's sister science, Ayurveda. This natural healing modality is based in 5,000 years of science. Ayurveda states,when we begin to live in balance with nature and our own personal constitution, we keep illness and disease at bay. 
Justine is an avid traveller, she loves experiencing the local culture & meeting new people she wouldn't normally have a chance to connect with. She believes travel is the only thing that you buy that makes you richer.
Justine offers experiential events to women so they can be around other like minded women while connecting to themselves through health &  wellness.
